Kris McFarlane

Kris Started HTMG in 2016 after 2 decades working in TV, production and radio. He recognised the gap in the market for data-lead, digital-first solutions for brands. Kris also identified significant gaps between what agencies were charging their client for and what they were actually delivering. Since its launch HTMG has run campaigns across New Zealand, Australia and Fiji, The agency has international clients from New York and Singapore as well as a growing local presence.

Nikhil Patel

I am the Google ads Manager and my goal is to understand client's needs and goals for their business and then translate that into an actionable Google ads marketing strategy. The internet and internet marketing can seem quite abstract to a lot of business owners so I love to see a plan come together and hearing success stories from clients about how we've been a part of growing their business in very tangible ways not just getting more traffic to their website.

Channel Harrison

Art, Illustration, Design, Web Design, Graphic Design - 17 Years Experience Channel was born to draw, design and create! She is able to take a brief and breathe life into it, her illustrations, drawings and art, speaking a thousand words. He career launched into signage, and with 17 years graphic design under the wing, she is able to correctly prepare media for print as well as digital output. Web design, Ecommerce & Social Media also form part of her skillset. She enjoys building beautiful as well as functional websites that look good and work hard.

Karla Watts

Richard Lee

Richard joined HTMG in 2018 and is HTMG’s specialist in Asian media strategy ranging from WeChat to traditional media placement and events for the Chinese community in New Zealand. This audience represents over 10% of New Zealand’s population, and Richard has the contacts and the strategy to help our partners reach them.

Silvia is a highly skilled digital media professional with 17 years experience in the industry. With strong expertise in Paid Search, she has worked with a range of clients in industries including telcom, inance, automotive, FMCG, and eCommerce. She’s won an industry award for the McDonald's #fryfutbol social campaign, and managed the largest Google agency transition, Volkswagen UK's move from Mediacom to Omnicom.
