Environmental Management Policy

Domestic & Family Violence Policy

Purpose

HTMG (Hill Top Media Group) recognises the impact of domestic and family violence and is committed to supporting affected employees.

Scope

Applies to all staff.

Policy Commitments

– Provide access to paid leave for staff experiencing domestic or family violence.
– Offer flexible working arrangements to support affected employees.
– Maintain confidentiality of disclosures.
– Connect employees with external support services and EAP (Employee Assistance Program), where available.
– Educate staff and leaders on recognising and responding to domestic violence.

Responsibilities

– Managers: Respond sensitively and ensure appropriate support is provided.
– Employees: Seek assistance as needed, knowing confidentiality is respected.

Indigenous Support & Supply Policy
Purpose

HTMG (Hill Top Media Group)  is committed to meaningful engagement with Indigenous peoples and communities, including partnerships with Indigenous suppliers.

Scope

Covers all procurement, employment, and engagement activities.

– Build relationships with Indigenous-owned suppliers and contractors.

– Procurement team/Managers: Prioritise Indigenous suppliers when sourcing services.
